For those that haven't seen the new images from the Smith & Canova shoot on the website, here's a few to show what we got up to over the weekend. We used both City and rural locations to create different feels, the City always makes a great backdrop fro tones and textures, while the very relaxed lakeside location speaks for itself. For this shoot we used my apartment in the City centre, its south facing position makes it ideal for back-lit situations, and armed with 1 California Sunbounce using the soft white side, the results are beautifull, soft and natural.
Some of you may have seen this on the news or in the papers, Rigby & Peller of Mayfair have launched their new collection, of which some were missing !!!!!, it would appear that Lady GaGa loves the lingerie and had worn some of the collection on a current video, however it never found its way home to London and remains missing to this day.
Part 2 of the American vintage shoot, which i decided to convert to monochrome to creat a slightly different feel and the bottom 2 images are part of a a range with movement in a different location with space to be able to pan around while the model was in flow, beautifully simple but very effective, no lights were used on these shots just 1 California Sunbounce silver/white to fill in shadows, the top 2 images included 2 flash heads and the Sun, deep silver octa with diffusers removed and open reflector on the kick light camera left.

Celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo came to Yorkshire on Saturday to teach at The Cooking School at Dean Clough in Halifax, 21 budding chefs had the pleasure of a cook along with some amazing results, plus all the food was eaten on the day, from simple bruschetta to a colourful seafood linguine and all the smells that go with great dishes like these, here are some of the shots from the day, they'll appear in the Yorkshire Post and was also filmed for Calendar on ITV. Gino has some amazing recipe books on sale with recipes from the day, well worth a look, see you all soon. 
Make up, styling and on to the City streets, short & sweet today everyone, enjoy the shots, we all had a great day and massive thanks to all involved, models, Ewa, Laura, Marina and Nic, Ewa was also our MUA, Missy wardrobe and styling and Natasha and Jay assisting, great job all, couldn't do it without you, see all next time.

This, the last weekend of February 2010 saw the City streets of Leeds being taken over by models on a shoot for Photography one with clothing from Nerxt one and Keles, in reverse order of the weekend, myslef and Natasha assisting on a shoot with model Eric Rosenberg(Eric can be found on Model Mayhem), fading light as the end of the day closed in, we got onto the streets in one of the oldest parts of the city to capture the shots here, armed with only 1 California sunbounce for the job, capturing the last of the daylight allowed us to get these reults.....very pleased.
